For this project, our client had already commissioned designs from another architectural practice, and we were responsible solely for the build. The scope involved demolishing a large adjoining garage and constructing a wraparound ground-floor extension to accommodate a snug, an expanded kitchen/dining area, a home studio, a utility room (complete with a dog shower!), and a new garage.
