Phil & Sue were in the process of purchasing a probate property when they approached Thames Design & Build.

The property needed an entire refurbishment along with changing the internal layout and a double storey side extension to better fit their needs.

Thames Design & Build guided them through the process from the initial designs, to obtaining Planning Permission and then carried out the building work through to completion.
