The client’s property had the original kitchen on the back which was very narrow and they had an existing conservatory on the back for the dining area but this was area was too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. The brief was to provide an open plan area which incorporated the kitchen, a dining area and a living area. This was achieved with a wrap around extension.
Thames Design and Build prepared all the plans for a Planning Application which was approved first time around. We then prepared the Building Regulation drawings along with the structural design and calculations. The build phase was 12 weeks and the project was completed to schedule and within budget.
