This project involved a single storey ground floor side extension to a family home in Surbiton. The extension created a generous open-plan dining space, benefiting from large skylights and full-width sliding doors that open directly onto a decked garden area, bringing in plenty of natural light and connecting the inside with the outside seamlessly.

As part of the works, a brand-new utility room was designed and built, fitted with sage green shaker cabinetry, a marble worktop and gold fixtures. A practical space finished to a high standard.

Bespoke wooden storage was also constructed under the stairs, making good use of an otherwise unused space. Alongside this, a toilet was fitted under the stairs, featuring marble stonework, an arched feature wall and gold fittings. A considered and well-finished addition to the home.
