We recently completed all of the building works on this side return, wrap around extension.
This greatly improved our clients’ home by creating an open plan kitchen/dining room overlooking the garden and it also incorporated a useful downstairs cloakroom.
I chose Thames Design & Build as Rob reassured me that for the majority of the work we would be able to remain living in the house by installation of a temporary kitchen and indeed we did. He also worked hard to meet my budget.
I’m delighted with the finished job. Any problems were resolved and I found the tradesmen associated with Thames to be really excellent at finding solutions to any unforeseen issues that arose along the way. I went to an architect for my planning and design work but in hindsight I would have let Rob do the complete job as I think it would have been simpler keeping it together.
