When the clients bought this property, it was perfect for them in every way, with the exception of the kitchen area which was small and shut off.
They wanted to open up the space to create a new kitchen/living/dining space where the family could spend quality time together. The problem was, that the room was divided by the utility room. So we converted part of the adjoining garage to house the utility room and knocked the walls out to create the large open plan kitchen the clients dreamed of. Thames Design & Build provided all architectural and building services for this client.
