This property with tonnes of character was being let down by the unattractive garage attached to the front elevation.
The brief was to enlarge this garage so that it could easily accommodated the client’s classical car, along with a workshop and lots of storage, while ensuring it was in keeping with the rest of the property.
Rob saw design opportunities which other companies I approached had not seen.
His design enhanced the house as a whole and gave me garage space, workshop space and storage space.
The project came in on budget and I am very pleased with the result.
