This project was delivered in two phases. Phase 1 involved relocating the kitchen from the first floor down into a new basement extension and transforming the former kitchen space into a bespoke cinema room, complete with custom joinery and a hidden ceiling-mounted screen. In the new kitchen, we installed slim-frame sliding doors, made patio alterations, added wall panelling, and created a bespoke birch-faced ply larder unit with a hidden door, along with internal Crittall-style glazing.

Phase 2 included a first and second floor extension and a complete remodelling of the first floor to create three new bedrooms, each with its own en-suite, plus a dressing room for the existing loft conversion. The ground floor was also reconfigured to provide a more direct route to the basement from the hallway. Throughout, we carried out extensive bespoke joinery and full redecoration.
