Your project starts with a site visit where we assess the existing garage, floor levels, wall construction, and how the space connects to the rest of your home. Our design team then creates detailed drawings, and we handle any building regulations approval needed. Once approved, we provide a fixed-price quote covering all aspects of the build.

Two things make a real difference to a garage conversion. The first is the floor: if there’s already a step down from the house into the garage, there’s usually enough depth to install a damp-proof membrane, insulation, and screed over the existing slab. If not, the slab may need to come up, which adds to the cost – we’ll establish this at the survey stage so there are no surprises. The second is the external wall: many garages have only a single skin of brickwork, so we tank the wall internally and build an insulated timber frame behind it to keep the room warm and dry. During construction, your dedicated site manager coordinates all trades and keeps you updated throughout.
