Thames Design & Build
We handle everything from initial design through to final completion. Your project starts with a site visit where we discuss your requirements and assess what’s possible. Our design team then creates detailed architectural drawings, which we submit for planning approval or building regulations as needed. Once approved, we provide a fixed-price quote covering all aspects of the build.
During construction, your dedicated site manager coordinates all trades and keeps you updated throughout. We handle structural work, electrics, plumbing, glazing, kitchen installation, and all finishing trades. We can also arrange temporary kitchen facilities so you can continue living in your home during the works.
