Thames Design & Build
We handle everything from initial design through to final completion. Your project starts with a site visit where we discuss your requirements and assess the existing roof structure. Our design team then creates detailed architectural drawings, which we submit for planning approval or building regulations as needed. Once approved, we provide a fixed-price quote covering all aspects of the build.
During construction, your dedicated site manager coordinates all trades and keeps you updated throughout. We handle structural work, stairs, electrics, plumbing, windows, and all finishing trades. Most loft conversions cause minimal disruption to daily life as the majority of work is contained within the roof space.
