Thames Design & Build
We handle everything from initial design through to final completion. Your project starts with a site visit where we discuss your requirements and assess what’s possible. Our design team then creates detailed architectural drawings, which we submit for planning approval and building regulations. Once approved, we provide a fixed-price quote covering all aspects of the build.
During construction, your dedicated site manager coordinates all trades and keeps you updated throughout. We handle structural work, electrics, plumbing, glazing, and all finishing trades across both floors. These larger projects require careful planning and coordination to minimise disruption to your home.
