An Architect had already prepared plans and the Local Authority had already granted Planning Permission for the addition of a balcony to the master bedroom to the rear of the property. The clients were going to be out of the country for a couple of months and wanted the work completed in that time so that they could come back to the finished product. Thames Design & Build delivered on that basis and the balcony was a great addition providing views over the river to the rear of the property.
